1. How do I know my order has been received by Ancandles?

Once you “Place Order” & make payment you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you supplied with your order (please also check your spam/junk folder). If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order, please contact: ancandles@gmail.com

2. What is the cost of shipping?

Free Shipping on orders over $125.00*.

Shipping is determined by the weight of the order. This is calculated in the checkout.

We ship with both Direct Freight and Australia Post. You will have a choice of courier at checkout.

3. Who will deliver my order?

We use Direct Freight (express courier service) & Australia Post to deliver all our orders.

4. Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Please contact us at hello@scentmethod.com if you need to request authority to leave with Direct Freight. If you miss a delivery you will be contacted by Direct Freight to arrange redelivery. We strongly suggest using a delivery address with someone readily available to accept the parcel (like a workplace address).

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

3 – 5 business days for delivery to: NSW, VIC, ACT

5 – 8 business days for delivery to: SA, NT, QLD, TAS

8 – 10 business days for delivery to: WA

6. How do I know my order has been dispatched and will I be able to track it?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check your delivery status at any time.

7. Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to change the delivery address for you.
